About Us

Our story begins in December 2024, when we were given the opportunity to reimagine a historic space at 401 N Tejon St, Colorado Springs. What was once The Wild Goose became the canvas for a new vision conceived by Monse Hines and Humberto Cabrera: to create a coffee shop with a renewed concept that would go far beyond the ordinary.

From the very beginning, our dream was to design a place where people could feel at home—whether enjoying a cup of coffee, sharing a glass of wine, discovering craft beer, indulging in cocktails, or savoring unique dishes. We wanted to create not just a coffee shop, but a complete experience that combines flavors, ambiance, and community.

Renovating the building was the first step. Every corner was carefully thought out to convey peace and tranquility, offering an inviting atmosphere for every occasion: meeting with friends, spending time alone, studying, or working. We believe that the right environment enhances every sip, every conversation, and every shared moment.

Along this journey, we were fortunate to be joined by Tim Hines and Rudy Ramos, whose commitment, expertise, and effort have been key in bringing this vision to life. Together, we have worked to shape a space that reflects both creativity and dedication.

After months of effort, passion, and collaboration, we proudly opened our doors on May 28, 2025. That day marked not only the beginning of a new chapter for us but also the birth of a space created for our community to enjoy and call their own.

To make the experience even more complete, we integrated a private meeting room—a space designed for gatherings, events, and moments that require a touch of exclusivity. Because we believe our community deserves more than just quality products; they deserve the best environment to connect and create.
